Amateur Tillie Claggett put a pin in a memorable week at Burlington Golf & Country Club on Thursday, winning the PGA Women’s Championship of Canada by a commanding seven strokes with a total score of 13-under, the lowest mark in relation to par since Brooke Henderson’s 13-under performance in 2014.

Yesterday, Tillie Claggett made two eagles in the opening round of the PGA Women’s Championship of Canada presented by PING. On Wednesday, she one-upped that feat by making two eagles in a row on the 11th and 12th holes of Burlington Golf and Country Club.

During the first round of the PGA Women’s Championship of Canada presented by PING, Vanessa Borovilos carded three birdies and an eagle, offset by just a single bogey, to shoot 67 to lead by one stroke over fellow Golf Canada National Amateur Squad member Tillie Claggett.
